Dr. Scott W.W. Steedman, DDS, MPH
Dr. Scott Steedman received his master’s degree in public health, in health promotion and education, prior to pursuing his dream of being a dentist. Dr. Steedman graduated from Loma Linda University with the prestigious Pierre Fauchard Academy Student of the Year award for research and clinical excellence.
Dr. Steedman is proud to be a member of the world-renowned Seattle Study Club, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association®, the Washington Dental Association, the Snohomish County Dental Society and the Lake Stevens Chamber of Commerce. Dr. Steedman is actively involved in the community, supporting local sports teams and other organizations.

Heidi
Office Manager
With over 40 years of experience in the dental field, Heidi is enthusiastic and excited for all that today’s dentistry has to offer our patients! Heidi started out her career in dentistry in our local Sno-Isle Vocational school for dental assisting in the 1980s. She has seen many advances in dentistry since those days and has been fortunate to have spent hundreds of hours in continuing education all over the country. She has been billing dental insurance for over 25 years and works diligently to stay abreast of the changes in coding and new financing options available to make dentistry as affordable as possible for our patients. She looks forward to meeting you and working with you! Outside of the office, Heidi enjoys traveling with her husband and three daughters. Spending time with friends and family, and enjoys playing in our beautiful Pacific Northwest!
Robin
Front Office
Robyn has been in the dental field since 1992. Robyn was a dental assistant for 27 years before transitioning to the front office. Robyn’s love of dentistry comes from many years of seeing the impact a healthy and confident smile has on her patients. Outside of her professional life, Robyn enjoys working on home projects, hiking, and spending time with her 4 children, their spouses, and her 6 grandchildren.
Ashleigh
Front Office
Ashleigh works as a part of the front office team, where she supports patients and creates a welcoming environment. She enjoys being part of a team that helps patients love their smiles! Outside of work, she enjoys dancing, spending time with friends and family, and staying active.
Samantha
Dental Hygienist
Sam has been in the dental field since 1999. She has experienced many different roles in her field, from assisting to office manager, and graduated with a degree in dental hygiene in 2007! Sam loves what she does, implementing the highest standard of care in a positive, gentle, and thorough manner. Apart from work, she enjoys spending time with her beloved shepherd mix and family. She also enjoys being creative in her spare time with endless projects.
Arianna
Dental Hygienist
Arianna was born in California and lived there until she was 18 years old. In 2002 she moved to Arizona with her parents. In 2010 she moved to Washington and married her husband. They have 3 young children together and live locally in Lake Stevens. Arianna has been in dentistry since 2007 and graduated dental hygiene school in 2014. Her and her family like to camp, paddle board and hike on their free time. They spend lots of time together as a family and with Arianna’s parents in Arizona.
Jessica
Dental Hygienist
Jessica joined our team as a dental hygienist in 2015! She loves being part of a team that makes getting to know patients a priority. Jessica loves helping our patients feel supported during their visits with us, and goes the extra mile to help them leave our office happy and appreciative of their oral health as well as with a greater understanding of their oral health needs. Jessica has a husband and a dog who both get their teeth cleaned by her. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, reading and getting coffee with friends and patients.
Jami
Dental Assistant
Jami joined our team in June of 2015 as a registered dental assistant. She loves getting to know and care for the amazing patients that come to the office. Jami has a great bed side manner that helps patients fell comfortable and relaxed during appointments. She has enjoyed watching younger patients grow up the past 8 years. When Jami is not at work she is busy with her four children and significant other. She loves hunting, fishing, hiking, and spending quality time with her loved ones and animals.
Cassidy
Dental Assistant
Cassidy graduated from Cascade Dental Assisting School in 2021, and also has a background in social servies. She has a love for aesthetic dentistry, and priortizes seeing her patients look and feel their best! Cassidy has lived all her life in the Pacific Northwest. On her days off she spends her time hiking exporing or spending time with her animals.
Tonka
Emotional Support Dog
Tonka is a 9-year-old Samoyed who serves as the friendly registered emotional support dog at our dental office. With his fluffy white coat and gentle personality, Tonka helps create a calm and welcoming environment for patients of all ages. Many people feel nervous about visiting the dentist, but Tonka’s quiet presence and wagging tail help ease anxiety and make appointments more comfortable. Tonka loves greeting patients in the waiting room and is always happy to sit nearby during visits if someone needs a little extra support. When he is not helping patients relax, Tonka enjoys naps, belly rubs, and making new friends at the dog park.
